These terms apply to your use of authotopsy.com (the “Site”). By using the Site you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use it.

Use of the Site

You may use the Site for lawful purposes only. You must not attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Site or its systems, disrupt it, scan or test it for vulnerabilities without our written permission, or use it to send spam or malicious code.

Our services

Information on the Site is for general purposes and is not an offer. Our cybersecurity services (such as penetration testing, managed detection and response, cloud security and compliance consulting) are provided under a separate written agreement or statement of work, which sets out scope, authorisation, fees and responsibilities. If those documents conflict with these terms, they take priority.

No guarantee of security

No security measure can remove all risk. Content on the Site, including illustrative figures and simulations, is provided for information only and is not a guarantee of any outcome.

Intellectual property

The Site, its content, logo and design belong to Authotopsy or its licensors. You may not copy, modify or distribute them without our written permission, except for personal, non-commercial viewing.

Third-party links

The Site may link to third-party websites. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content or practices.

Disclaimer and liability

The Site is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Authotopsy is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the Site. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Privacy

How we handle personal information is described in our Privacy Policy.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Site means you accept the updated terms.
